Gallia--Portsmouth Tour

This tour will take you to the southernmost area of Ohio. Lots of river bluffs, hills, and twisties.

15 Right SR 93 (at Logan)
40 Straight SR 324 (at Dundas)
43 Left SR 160. Follow about 35 miles into the town of Gallipolis.

0.5   Stop and explore the riverfront. Then proceed west on SR 7.

19 Right SR 233
31 Left SR 279 at Oak Hill. Explore this sleepy southeast Ohio community a bit, then proceed after zeroing your odometer.

33 Right US 52
37   Explore downtown Portsmouth a while. Check out the art on the floodwall, quaff some of the local beverage at the Portsmouth Brewpub if you like, and proceed west on US 52.

34 Right SR 41 at Locust Grove
54 Right US 50; follow another 20 miles to Chillicothe.

Gas up, relax, and turn left at SR 159 where it intersects with US 50 near downtown Chillicothe.

Follow SR 159 another 25 miles or so to US 22. Turn right and follow US 22 East back to Lancaster. Turn Left at SR 158 and follow to the fairgrounds.
