Premier Touring Series Poker Run |
Our Poker Run will be Sunday, June 4th (rain or shine) starting and ending at the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum in Pickerington, Ohio.
Cost is $20/rider and $10/passenger which includes free admission to the museum (and is tax deductible), and registration starts at 10:30 am. The first rider out is at 11:30 am on a loop of about 100 miles. There will be three checkpoints on the route, and the start/finish at the MHFM are the other two. Last rider in should be 3:30 pm, with door prizes and awards being given out ASAP after that.
Upon return, participants will draw 5 numbered tickets, and the last three digits totaled. Awards will be given for AMA and Non-AMA members in Solo Rider, Buddy Rider (2-up), and Passenger, and also Overall High Points. District 11 points will be awarded.
Some snacks & drinks will be available for purchase.
DIRECTIONS to the AMA Museum
Take I-70, to Pickerington exit 112A, and take Hwy 256 East (heads south).
Turn left at Hwy 204, the first major set of lights you'll encounter.
Then turn left at the second light, Yarmouth Dr. Follow it past the large R.G. Barry building that's on your left; the AMA is the last driveway on the left, before you enter our neighboring subdivision.
The AMA driveway is flanked by two brick pillars and cast-iron gates. You'll see the bronze AMA sign on one set of pillars, the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum bronze on the other.
